Dmitry Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Gents, I just bought a nice 1827P RN Officer's sword, that is, rather uncommonly, marked on a folding counter-guard B.A. STINTON, RN. Dating the sword was easy, ca.1900-1906, based on the maker's cartouche, j.gieve & sons portsmouth, london & devonport Blade is probably a Wilkinson. Any way to determine the glorious exploits of the owner?
