I have Jean-Luc Stalins' "Ordre Imp?rial de la R?union" (Paris, 1958) listing recipients. I do not find the second name as listed, but the other four received their Orders on 9 February 1813--

    Clergeau-LaCroix, Administrateur en chef du Tr?sor Imp?rial

Niscatou? Viscaton? cannot read this name, so haven't been able to match it to the list

Jourdan, Directeur de la Caisse de Service

Bronner, Directuer des comptes de la Caisse des D?penses

    and

    Rielle, Inspecteur g?n?ral de Tr?sor.

It was signed by Jean-Baptiste Nompere de Champagny (1756-1834), Duc de Cadore as Grand Chancellor of the Order

I translated it as such, but some of the names might be a bit different:

    Dear Francois, Bear, Rick Research,

I almost not dare to ask you it, but can you also find the names in the following documents:

The first with 27 commanders from 7 march 1812:
