Guest Rick Research Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 I have Jean-Luc Stalins' "Ordre Imp?rial de la R?union" (Paris, 1958) listing recipients. I do not find the second name as listed, but the other four received their Orders on 9 February 1813--Clergeau-LaCroix, Administrateur en chef du Tr?sor Imp?rialNiscatou? Viscaton? cannot read this name, so haven't been able to match it to the listJourdan, Directeur de la Caisse de ServiceBronner, Directuer des comptes de la Caisse des D?pensesandRielle, Inspecteur g?n?ral de Tr?sor. It was signed by Jean-Baptiste Nompere de Champagny (1756-1834), Duc de Cadore as Grand Chancellor of the Order

TacHel Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 (edited) I translated it as such, but some of the names might be a bit different: 9 February 1819 Imperial Order of the Reunion___________________________________________________________________________ Extract of the minutes of the State Secretariat At the Tuileries Palace. 1813Napoleon, Emperor of the French, King of Italy, Protector of the Rhine Confederation, Mediator to the Swiss Confederation, etc., etc., etc.On the report of our Public Treasury Minister. We have decreed and decree what follows Article 1 Are named Knights of the Imperial Order of the ReunionClergeau Lacroix, Foreman for Ministerial Expenditures of our Imperial Treasury.Piscatori, Director of the General Expenditure Bank.Jourdan, Director of the Services Bank.Bronner, Account Director of the same Bank. And Rielle, Intendant of the Inspectors General of the Treasury. Guest Rick Research Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Piscatori ( ) it is-- on the list for award on 09.02.13 as Directeur g?n?ral de la Caisse des D?penses. Titles are as found on M. Stalins' list of recipients.
TacHel Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 All the names on my translation above are now correct, they're all named by position in the French Imperial Almanach of 1810. Oddly, Piscatori's name is spelled Piscatory in the almanach. All of the gents on your incredible scroll are on this page with their exact job.
