Noor
Hi all,I posted this bar up here a long time ago but still haven't figured out anything about it.Combination is very weird. No service during WW1 but same time there is combatant EK2 on it. Also colonial service.Uhh, it's look on hand prefectly fine bar and as far I remember it came to Ireland from one of the senior forum member collection as well (so, its not evil-bay pick-up what is small release of course).Any toughts, ideas or advise about this piece?Thank you,Noor Edited July 11, 2009 by Noor
Guest Rick Research
It's not an Iron Cross, it's a Military Decoration (Milit?r Ehrenzeichen) 2nd Class for Southwest Africa, no WW1 military service. Two blue services for pre-WW1 service eitherin active army/navy and then reserves or1936 mistake wearing TWO old imperial long serices (such as an XV with an IX) when only one was correct. No WW1 military service.
