France Help identifying a couple of unit badges

Does anyone know the units that used these two pocket badges. Both have the DRAGO PARIS hallmark.

#1 Is marked COTAM, this stands for "COmmandement du Transport Aérien Militaire" (Military Air Transport Command).

It is the badge of the "Centre Opérationel du Transport Aérien Militaire" (Military Air Transport Operational Center) at air base #107 Villacoublay.

They both seem to have similar symbols in common. The globe, the turtles, and the bluebirds. They may be representing the same unit/organization at different periods of time.

Does the second badge have a number on the reverse ? This is often prefixed with G or H and is the registration number of the design with the relevant military approval board. This can be used to check the unit details, as well as the year when it was instituted.

Neither badge has the registration number. Both are just marked DRAGE PARIS which was used 1956 -1988 if my memory serves me correctly.
