Heer Ss Eagles

Evening gentlemen,

Been having a sort out ,i have some heer ss and police eagles i bought way back in the eighties (most through catalouges before seeing) before the net!, as my interests lie elsewhere now i would like to find out if they are good or not .

I have looked at lots of posts but i still cannot see the difference between good or bad, i would presume they are bad.

Hope some kind soul can cast an expert eye over them.

Also which is the best size to use for the pictures?
