EK 1939 Where all these 100 EKII come from

Gentlemen,

I've seen quite a number of W&L mm 100 EKII on the market, and all minty.

This kind of observation makes me quite jumpy.

As i own an mm100 EKI , i am in the market for a nice reasonably priced EK II 100.

I think i found a nice one. Minty again ... and i'm not to crazy about the yeardates on the core, they seem to flat. I believe they should be a bit more rounded. And the "3"?

Am i seeing ghosts?
