Heer RAD Ribbon bar

Hi,

Here is one ribbon bar with the RAD device and I would like to know other opinions as well about this bar.

To me this bar and device looks good. All the details indicate that the bar isn't made "yesterday" and the pin system, etc looks period ones. Under UV light bar is fine.

I know this device is very rare to see on the bar, so I would appriciate your opinion or some compare pictures of similar bars.
