Need help Order of the Scared Treasure

HI!

Yesterday I've got my first imperial japanese order, and because I am not firm with these decorations I would like to ask for help.

It's the Order of the Scared Treasure 8th grade, and I would like to know the time the case/order was made. Attached you see the case, it has no pin and was not made from wood and due to the japanese writing I hope to get the period of time it (and so the order) was made.
