The two men in slouch hats are wearing the Atholl grey Full Dress uniform, the man sittng on the rght of the group is wearing his Imperial Service Brooch on the wrong side of his chest:

Just to clarify, the headgear worn here was not the same as the boer war headgear there was no yellow strip worn in the Puggaree, no tam o shanter worn and the NCO's and other ranks wore a leather hat band not khaki Puggaree - the officers wore a khaki Puggaree. The cock feathers are the same but the badges will be different with a wreath round the bottom and sides! Please keep the pictures coming! Mike
