He is a Second Lieutenant and is wearing a Polish model helmet that is nicely marked on the inside in Arabic. He has German made rank sleeves, and the proper red/blue qardoon for the Air Defence branch. He is also wearing the Air Defence School badge and a nice Iraqi made map case.
