Retired1811 Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 This medal is engraved, " HASKER 13th Lt. Dragoon". I also have his long service and good conduct medal that is engraved, " 1003, Ser Jt. H Hasker 3rd Dn Gds." I assume the Gds is for Guards, but what would the Dn stand for? I have located a roster on the internet that had the name THOMAS HASKER under the 13th Lt Dragoons. Any websites I can hit for more info? Thanks

It appears I may have found this man's military history on line - when he was promoted to Sgt, he had 2 good conduct medals but would have had 4 had he not been promoted!!!
