2xvetran Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 Hello all, I have a uniform that appears to be mostly French. The trousers are marked as French (Armee, size, etc...)inside and on the buttons and the "boonie" style hat is marked as well. The problem is the jacket, the buttons seem to be bakelite and are unmarked, and the upper pockets have an "F" inside a diamond embroidered on the flaps. The inside markings read S.N.C. Flers in an ink box and below 100c and what looks like a capitol G with some obsured letters. I am guessing that this is from the 50s or 60s and possibly some type of tropical set as it is green twill and unlined, perhaps for Algeria? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Scott.

Veteran Posted December 28, 2010 Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) Info? Thoughts? Negative comments? Anyone... Scott. You are probably right. It looks french to me, quite similar to the one I was issued as a member of the Joint Armies Medical Corps Reserve in the 1970's.. That is the best I can contribute. Best wishes Veteran Edited December 28, 2010 by Veteran
