Does anyone know if this book, or the section on the Cruisers in Foreign Waters was ever reprinted in English? As close as I can come to the title is: The Ocean War 1914-1918. Navy archive (ed.) : .The Cruiser war in the foreign waters. 1st Bd.: The Kreuzergeschwader. Berlin: Mediator, 1922
