Also instituted by law 347/1965.

It's a 4 classes Order and the highest class Grand Companion comes with a collar : Grand Commander ( G.C.E.Z.) ; Grand Officer ( G.O.E.Z.) , Officer ( O.E.Z.) & Member ( M.E.Z.)
