ostprussenmann_new Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Gents Has anyone read Russel Weigley's Age of Battles? I just finished reading it. His main thesis is that war is futile and there is no such thing as Decisive Battle. Does anyone have anything out there (primary source documents with translations to English) that tells of decisive battles being won? I would love to read them. I did find one on here that someone posted about the 5th Cavalry Cursaiers---spelling off. Thanks ostprussenmann
