The top badge is possibly a cuff eagle for Naval Air Service the lower is a shoulder title WW1, for the RFC looks good.

Here is a ref link that will help you look into things a little further if you like. The top insignia is identified correctly as. "Royal Naval Air Service". Hope this helps.
