China Chinese Independer\nce Freedom Medal

This is a gold colored, numbered, Independence Freedom Medal of the People's Republic of China. It also has the chest ribbon and the award packet with matching number to the medal. This medal is pictured on page 57, number 548 of the book "Illustrated Collection of Badges in the Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Museum" .

I do not know any more about this medal so if anyone has more information, please post.
