Here is an interesting article regarding the awards of Haiti.

Former President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton, has been decorated at the National Palace by the President Martelly of the National Order of Honor and Merit to the rank Grand Cross gold plated. This decoration is awarded "for his various initiatives in Haiti and especially his high contribution to the reconstruction of the country after the earthquake of January 12, 2010".
