I will mention it on Badges and do a review under Books - will take a few days. For the shoulder flashes - didn't the SAR identify themselves. The SA Railway Police had SP and RP shoulder titles at some stage. I believe in brass and in white metal. I would be very keen to find out where this badge fits, be it SA or some other colony.
