France Fourragere 13. DBLE - olive with white disc

Hi,

this is another question I didn´t get answered satisfiying to me in an french forum - maybe i am too pedantic...

Why did the 13. DBLE wear the divided olive during the 60s and 70s with this whit disc in between?

And why was it removed
