Kriegsmarine S-Boat war diary

A friend of mine has a nice S-Boat war diary with tons of entries, maps, diagrams, cheat-sheets, etc. It may be from S-46, since one of the diagrams is labeled with that designation. Also the name Glodek appears on this same diagram.

If anyone has any input of further info on this we would greatly appreciate any leads. I will try and scan more of the notebook's contents and maps in the coming weeks and post here.
