Request on unit 1919

Hello gentlemen!

I´ve got this nice post-war photo, probably 1919.

But I haven´t seen such a shoulder strap.

I can recognize an "L"(or maybe an "E") and a crown.

Unfortunately the reverse is blank

Any ideas?
