Mervyn Mitton Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 Homerjey. I would say that the wordingr means - 1301 (Service number) W.O.1 (Warrant Officer First Class) M.C. de Mountfalcon GS( General Service) 'I' (Iraq) A nice medal - how did you come to acquire this ? Mervyn
Homerjey Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 Hello Mervin, thank you very much. Its my first brittish medal. I like it, because the nams are engraved:-) Now I´m in scottland and this is my memorial gift:-) What you mean with General Service? It is possible to see his unit? Sorry for bad pictures, the light isn´t very good. The medal is in top state. The medals were awarded once again? I see an old light engraved? Thanks Thomas
