Strange KVK ribbon

Hello,

I just purchased a pack full of german ww1 and ww2 ribbons, mostly original pieces. One between them is interesting. I wonder if it is ribbon for Ritterkreuz der KVK, or only special device for mounting KVK2 ribbon for the uniform. Width of the ribbon is only 3 cm.
