Help identifying unknown WO2 award

Does somebody know what award or pin this is?

This is not an award, but a badge of rate worn as a closing pin in the collar of the white blouse of RADwJ members (introduced 11-10-1939).

These come in 3 types and white metal, bronze, gold metal.

This type as shown, in bronze, indicates the rate of Maidenunterführerin (see picture below)
