A question about hussar uniform

Firstly i m very sorry for my english, cuz i m not a native speaker.I m a girl and preparing for a big show in china about WW1 .Me and my friends decide to buy hussar uniform for our big show .But cuz internet limit in our country we have little infomation about hussar uniform . I have some question and 2 pictures , i want to make the uniform like in the picture , and it will not be the opsitive with the history .

1 iwant to buy this type hussar cuz it is excellent , but i even dont know what is the color of this hussar also i want to know who it is belong to .?

2 If any one have its front and back details for me ,cuz i nearly have no idea about it

From the writing, the picture is of the Crown Prince Wilhelm! So I would imagine this is a ceremonial uniform with a lot of items that normal Hussar Dress uniforms wouldn't display.
