EK 1939 My 1939 2nd Class Round 3 Iron Cross

Here is a scan of my round 3 Iron cross. Anybody have any idea on the maker?

Jody, unfortunately the only round 3 that has been associated with a maker is Deschler, but your cross is by unknown maker and is known as the "Dipping 8 & 3) because of these numbers being bigger than the other numbers in 1813. Jim
