Unidentified Help with button id

I bought some buttons the other day and i am having a hard time trying to identify this one.

Does anyone know what it is?

It is marked I.C.M Berlin on the back.

I believe it is a button from the uniformed household staff (livery) of the Prussian royal house. So, people like footmen, butlers, batmen, etc.from any of a number of residences.

The eagle is the same as for the Marine, but the anchor is missing. I agree with Chip
