Waffen SS SS Soldier from which Unit

Dear Collectors,

I´m new in this forum - and I´m really impressed of the knowledge of the other collectors here. I hope to be of value for the community from now on. A friend of mine recommended this forum to me, because I have a question, which nobody answered me until now.

I bought a photo of an SS Soldier with the information, that this soldier is an Estonian SS Soldier. Now my question: The design of estonian Arm shield was blue, white, black stripes? So which Arm shield wears this soldier?

I´m sorry for my bad english.
