ringo Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 I have in my collection one ribbon bar that i can't ID. It's a Belgian uniform and the ribbon is between other Belgian ribbons so one could presume that the ribbon is a Belgian one but i never seen this one and as i collect for some years now i would be very surprised if this one would be a Belgian medal without knowing it... The picture isn't that clear but you will see that these collors are present: bright bleu - black - red line - black - red line - black - bright bleu. Hope someone can help me! Regards
TacHel Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Are you sure it's Belgian? I can't find anything even resembling that in the ribbon chart for Belgium.
Megan Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 If it were green rather than blue at the edges, the Armed Resistance Medal 1940-1945 would be a possible. Are you certain of the blue?
TacHel Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 Could it possibly be this as Megan suggested? http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/gallery/image/4151-belgique-medaille-de-la-resistance-1940-1945/
