Unidentified Button hole ribbon - help with identification

I've had this photo of an unteroffizier from an unknown regiment for some time; it looks like he's wearing two button hole ribbons. One must be the EK2, but I can't identify the second one...or maybe it's just an EK2 ribbon twice through the button hole.

Any assistance appreciated. I also posted the reverse of the card; maybe some clues in the writing - which I can't read too well.
