It is a badge of the Deutscher Turnverband in der Tsjechoslowakei [Note: Heering-Hüsken "Katalog der Abzeichen deutscher Organisationen 1871-1945"; No.F7, page 226/227]

I am not a collector of these tinnies, so I don't have a clue about the value.
