Hello Gents,

in a group of photos from a German naval member I got

this portrait from an Austrian naval member. I´m not an expert

for Austrian medals and uniforms. I think that the medal at the

far right is an ottoman medal.

I appreciate your help.

Kriegsmedaille, Jubilee Medal 1898, Jubilee Cross 1908 both on Armed Forces ribbon. His rank is Unterbootsmann, NCO, not officer.

is the rank Unterbootsmann NCO some sort like Deckoffizier in the imperial german navy ?

I' dont know the german Deckoffizier, but in the AH Armed Forces he was the equivalent with the Feldwebel of the land forces.
