J. H. Montague London broad arrow box

I took a punt on this from a seller in Pakistan, as it was only $10.00.

I know J.H. Montague was a medical instrument manufacturer in London. It has the maker name, followed by a broad arrow and then the letter I.

The box is 82mm long X 37mm deep X 15mm high. It has 2 holes in the bottom and wear marks inside that makes me believe it had a compartment at one time.

Do these show up from time to time? Would I be correct in guessing 1895-1920?

The WD arrow over I shows it was for issue in India which fits nicely with you buying if fro Pakistan. For a syringe I assume.
