Unidentified Does anyone recognise this?

Hi folks, I know it's a bit grainy but does anyone recognise this capbadge?

It's a wreath around a crescent moon with a star and topped with a crown. I'm making the assumption that it is middle eastern?

Any help much appreciated!

Dom,

Without sight if any inscription - the badge appears to have loaded incorrectly - I could suggest a Jordanian crown but the crescent style also suggests a Malaysian heritage.
