The Gausieger of this year has been heavily faked.

On the reverse of the Reichssieger-badge someone has written in pencil ...RNST (maybe ERNST) RUPP IDAR-OBERSTEIN. Idar-Oberstein is a small town in southwest Germany. May be some information might be avalable on this.
