imperial russia St. Anna - 2nd Class Black / Dark R. Enamels / " IM"?

Dear Friends , 

May i kindly ask you to examine the below St.Anna 2nd Class Made by " Morazov - IM " , i took the pictures from the wellknown beautiful website ..

My question is , musnt be this order's arms " FLAT " as the classic black enamelled private made St. Annas ? But you can easily understand from the pictures here , they are not flat ...

The reason that i asked the question is , i also have the same style black enameled St.Anna in very , very good condition with original old - period hot black enamels ...

Also , you can see the St.Anna in this picture , what i bealive , another example of the black St.Anna but NOT "absolutely flat" enamels ... Same as the Marazov made Black St.Anna in the medalirus page ....
