j-sk Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 (edited) Good evening Gentlemen, Can anybody answer the following questions regarding the "American issued" WW1 Salvation Army commemorative medal (see photos in attachment): 1) What's the size (width/thickness) and weight of the medal? 2) Was the name of the recipient already engraved on the medal (plinth on the back) when attributed or was it up to the recipient to have it personally engraved?
