Unknown Cap eagle?

Hello gents,

i have this cap eagle, which i have no idea about, what country it belongs to. I have searched the internet to no avail, so i would like to ask you gentlemen, what it is.

Spain.

This eagle, called the "Eagle of St. John" is the emblem of the Spanish army. (Not sure if it is used by other branches of the armed forces or not)
