George Cross 4th class

Hi Nick Hi Gents,

I´m looking for the German recipient of this George Cross 4th class.

The number 22900 indicates an award for the French Prussian war from 1870 / 71.

is it possible to find out, who the former owner of a cross

(shown in the Imperial Russian section ) with the number 22.900 was?

My other cross with the number 22.945 was Sergeant / Feldwebel

Gottfried Hellwig from GGR3, awarded for the French / Prussian war from 1870 / 71.
