Robin Lumsden
It pays to look outside the 'militaria' sections on eBay.This was 'hidden' among the 'pre-1800 etchings' stuff.......a hand-coloured portrait of a Black Hussar from the time of Frederick the Great. Curiously, look at the spelling of 'Todtenkopf'.A nice little thing, for under 40 Euros.
Daniel Murphy
He looks like Genghis Khan. Perhaps the Colonel in Chief? Just kidding. Nice print and interesting how the word evolved over the centuries. Dan Murphy
