KM Coastal Artillery Badge help

I would be grateful for an opinion on the badge,, un marked, fairly nice detail, but the eagle looks a bit strange..Thank you and regards..im new and sorry if im on the wrong page..

It looks to me like the known "Popeye" fake due to the bulging eye on the eagle.A Staegemeir fake based slightly on the Juncker design,mainly in the reverse set up.
