I got this Royal Order of Cambodia as part of a group of orders.

Can the order be attributed to a production period or a manufacturer?

Am I right that this is a French issued cross?

I am happy about every information.

based on the ribbon color it is indeed awarded by the French authorities as Officer grade as you are certainly aware of.
