I know, this one is difficult, but maybe somebody has seen his face before.

The photo was taken in France, june 1940 and his forename was Fritz.

Can you get better contrast on the second ribbon on his ribbon bar? I can't tell if it is a plain light blue W?rttemberg Friedrichs-Orden or maybe it is a Baden Z?hringen Lion with the stripes blurred by the South German style ribbons.
