kitinsignia Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 Hi all, I realized that between 1947 to 1952, the British Colonial Singapore police force issues Detectives tags to its members. Does anyone have any information on other Colonial police force adpoting such practice. The only known Colonial police force which introduced the Detective tag/badge was the Colonial Hong Kong Police Force. I have been to HKP museum and saw that there was a badge on display. However the year introduced was unknown. I would like to know which year was the Colonial Police Detective badge introduced or issued.
