That is the signature of 

W i l h e l m Christian Mathias Heye, Maj.z.D./Ob.Lt.z.D. u. Kom. d. I.//Landwehr R. 56 (Bochum)  11.02.1873-11.07.1882.

He was born in 1824 and died 20.02.1899.
