Albania Order of the Partisan Star I Class

I have an Albanian Order of the Partisan Star First Class (Urdhëri Ylli Partizan), unmarked except for the number "2" engraved on the reverse. Does anyone have any information on who received the Order? Has anyone seen a number on the reverse before?
