I am adding SRV pages to my website, and I had some questions from the SRV collectors out there :

1. Does anyone have the 1997 regulations ?

2. Does anyone have different variations ?  or brass vs. aluminum examples ? (not Friendship Decorations – that is another page)

3. Does anyone have any other references for this order ?
