Organisational Badges Ferrari? Tinnie

Hi there, I have always wondered if this tinnie has the Ferrari emblem on it. It sure looks like it, and if it is Ferrari, what is an approximate value of this tinnie? If it's not Ferrari, does anybody know what it is?
