    Does anyone know if there is any worlwide orderS or medals like the spanish Royal and Military Order San Hermenegildo that meets these conditions?
    - constancy in service
    - faultless conduct
    - have something similar to assembly with functions like
       - Appreciate faultless conduct, for the purposes of admission, promotion or permanence in the Order.
       - Propose resolutions to the files on admission, promotion and dismissal in the Order,
       - ensure compliance with these regulations.
